EduRegistra is built for Nigerian primary and secondary schools. You pay nothing to keep your records — you only buy result access PINs when you're ready to publish a term's results.
Result access PINs — ₦300 per student, per term
When a term's results are ready, your school buys access PINs at ₦300 each — one PIN per student per term. Each PIN unlocks that student's report card: printing by your office, and online checking by the student or parent on the "Check your result" page.
Most schools pass the PIN to parents at the suggested price of ₦500. That means your school earns about ₦200 per student per term — EduRegistra can pay for itself and become a small source of income.
How payment works
- Your school requests PINs for a term inside the app and pays by bank transfer.
- You upload the transfer receipt in the app.
- We verify the payment and credit your school's PIN balance — usually the same day.
- You allocate PINs to students and print them as slips or a class register to give out.
No card payments, no gateways — a simple transfer you can confirm with your own bank.
